COMPUTEREASE Services

The services we provide are listed below. Please note it is not necessarily limited to these items. We really are happy to do anything with microcomputers, assuming we're not too busy. We even like computers!

We find our roles are changing too. The technology is changing very quickly so it is difficult to predict what we might do. Heck, we're making Web pages for crying out loud!

That we can assimilate new technology fast means we can help you and your company. We want to facilitate your effective and enjoyable use of computers and software.

Training & Tutoring

The bulk (perhaps 75%) of what Computer Ease does is provide instructor-led training on current business application software and PSION computers. Computer skills may be conveyed by conventional classroom training, one-on-one tutoring, executive counselling (during 45 to 60 minute sessions), or on-site walk-about coaching. All levels taught in most products.

Courseware Development

In conjunction with the delivery of training, we also develop excellent courseware (that is, student manuals with exercises and laminated quick reference cards). We have a number of titles available now and are constantly upgrading. Ask for some samples via e-mail.

Consulting

Consulting services provided by Computer Ease are wide-ranging. This is a bit of a catch-all for those tasks that don't fit easily into any other categories.

HTML Web Page Design

With previous experience in markup languages and formal structured programming languages (and a creative streak to boot) we are well positioned to assist people and companies in the construction of their Web pages. You see! All that practise in WordPerfect 5.1 paid off!

Programming & Development

Computer Ease provides limited programming services. We enjoy coding small-scale or small-scope systems. Philosophically, we do not support large development projects as they are are not cost-effective. We also develop simple to complex spreadsheet models.

Programming Languages: FoxPro 2.5 for DOS or Windows; dBASE III Plus; Turbo PASCAL; PSION OPL

Graphic Design

We have a good sense of design. Often we are asked to design things (business cards, letterhead, brochures, advertisements) or edit materials. Ask for samples.
