We technically support the Psion. There are few places in Canada where you can obtain
support, where you can ask questions, pose problems, obtain solutions, etc.
Syscan used to provide some support but were overrun. Then they stopped supporting the
end user. Ingram Micro is a supplier only; they do not offer any technical support. You
can call Psion Inc. in Boston but you might have to wait a long time at long distance and
likely they will not be able to assist you properly.
We charge an hourly rate of $75 for general technical support.
Newsletters
In the past, Blake Nancarrow put in writing some Psion tips and tricks. He also wrote
periodically a "tip" column in the PEAT group's PSIONeer
newsletter.
All clamshell Psions are supported i.e. the Series 3, 3a, 3c, Siena, and Series 5 (the
first 9 were written before the 3mx and 5mx).
All the files accessible below are in ASCII, plain-text format.
